Our debt recovery process

  • Complete our intake form

  • Book an appointment

  • Based on the information provided in the intake form and appointment, we decide whether you have an enforceable debt or agreement

  • If the answer to Step 3 is yes, we will prepare a letter of demand within 24 hours.

  • If the letter of demand is not responded to or the debt has not been paid, we issue legal proceedings in the relevant court.

  • We organise the service of court documents on the defendant/debtor.

  • If after service, the defendant has not filed a notice of defence, we will file a default judgement request in the relevant court.

  • After filing of the default judgement, we prepare and file enforcement proceedings with the court and sheriff.
